1440p Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 1440p platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1440p platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1440p ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the latest version on this page.
This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is restricted to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1440p platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 1440p reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Users who submit false or misleading information may have their accounts closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 1440p support team immediately by emailing [email protected].
The platform uses SSL encryption to protect login credentials and personal information. That said, users are advised not to share their login details with anyone and to avoid accessing their account from public devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 1440p platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with other users.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or that may damage the platform's reputation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
1440p reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these rules and take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the 1440p platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers and approved e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date. 1440p is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Minimum deposit limits and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time. First-time withdrawals may require additional identity verification as a standard security measure. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the operating hours of the relevant financial institution.
Any attempt to commit fraud, falsify transactions, or abuse the payment system will result in immediate account suspension and, where necessary, the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All winnings that have been successfully processed and credited to a user's account are final upon completion of verification. Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The 1440p platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The platform does not guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times, or that any errors will be promptly resolved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1440p shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry inherent financial risk. 1440p is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using the platform. Users must play within their own financial means.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Other Provisions
Account Suspension & Closure
1440p reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to verify identity within the stipulated period, or upon request by relevant authorities. Users may also request account closure by contacting the support team via email.
If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. For account closures requested by the user with no breach involved, eligible balances will be returned via the original payment method once all reviews are completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1440p platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 1440p and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 1440p platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. 1440p is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party platforms or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of third parties separately before using their services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1440p reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
